Prepaid is a new service going to be launched on NGN Fixed Landline service .
Earlier BSNL provided the Voice prepaid service in the name called FLPP( Fixed line prepaid Service) Service enables a subscriber to make calls from a prepaid account linked to his telephone number. Unlike the prepaid card 'ITC' service, where the authentication is done every time through a 16-digit PIN the authentication of FLPP is linked to his telephone line & the user is not required to dial the Account number/ PIN for authentication making it simpler to use.
Prepaid Landline Features
PAN INDIA Service For Customers.
Customers can recharge with physical vouchers .
Customers can do Online Recharge ,Top up , STV- recharge and Plan conversions etc. through BSNL Online Payment portal.
The online payment portal will provide a link to Prepaid NGN service in http://www.bsnl.in .
The customer selects the required options.
The customer will enter his Land Line Number along with the STD code, so that the customer is navigated to the respective circle offered Plans, Recharge , STVs and Plan vouchers.
Recharging and balance enquiry can be done through IVRS .12501 Access code has been allotted for Prepaid IVRS.
How to Get Prepaid?
Customers can give request through SMS/E-mail/Call Centre/Portal or can approach CSC.
SMS “Prepaid” to 54141
Any customer requiring the Prepaid service, has to fill up the CAF, selecting Prepaid service option and has to submit it to CSR with required documents.
Recharge Process
Prepaid Recharge Via IVRS
This is the method available for Physical Voucher Recharge through IVRS No 12501
When customer dials IVR number, IVR will play menu and customer can select respective option to recharge, then further customer can give Voucher PIN number, IVR will forward that request to Crestel prepaid system, Voucher validation will happen and recharge action will be initiated.

Prepaid Recharge Via Online Web Portal
To do recharge via Online, Customer has to go to BSNL Portal : www.bsnl.in. BSNL Portal will call Elite core recharge API with valid input request. Elitecore system will update the customer balance and send success response to BSNL Portal. On the receipt of success message ,BSNL Portal will inform end customer accordingly.

GP1 is 7 Days and GP2- Nil.
Call Charges as per postpaid plans.
There will not be any security deposit for STD/ ISD.
Initial prepaid voucher per month will be of Rs 150/- with 200 minutes call value 30 days validity.
After recharge, the prepaid number can be used to make calls like normal landline number
All supplementary services like dynamic locking, call waiting, Call transfer etc., are available on this number.
In case of shift charges customer should be charged by Rs. 350/- for every type of shift scenario.
No balance transfer in case of shifting scenario (shifting of physical location will be like deactivation of current service and provide new service)
Initial charges & shifting charges are not from Physical Vouchers
