• Activate the number

  • Go to the portal ngn.bsnl.co.in.
  • Use either your social media account like google,facebook,twitter,linkedin to login to the portal or do fresh registration in the portal (You should create username,password with your valid email id while registration)
  • Login to the portal either with your social media account like google,facebook,twitter,linkedin or registered username and password.
  • Click on activation link
  • Enter 16 digit PIN previously conveyed to you .Click on Next .
  • Enter the OTP sent to you on your mobile. Click Next.
  • Enter the password to be set for your FMT/LFMT number , Confirm it by entering in two places . Click Next.
  • Your FMT/LFMT is activated and can be configured with the details( i.e username, domain, password, Proxy ) below.

• Install

  Download and install the Zoiper from Apple App store. After instllation Zoiper icon will be available in Menu

• Configure Zoiper for Android devices.

  1) Open the app

  
  

  2) Press 'config' icon, bottom Right And select 'Accounts'

  
  
  
  

  3) Press '+ Add Accounts', at the top left of the screen

  

  4) Select 'Yes', for Account Setup Option

  
  
  
  

  5) Select 'Manual Configuration', in next screen

  
  
  
  

  6) Select 'SIP', in "choose Account Type Option"

  
  
  
  

  6) Setup as per below -

  
  
  
  Account Name - BSNL Voip .You can set this to whatever you like, its just a name for the account. I'd suggest
  
  Host - The domain name shown after activation in ngn.bsnl.co.in (Eg for Karnataka wings it will be ktk.voip.ims.bsnl.in & for LFMT it is ktk.lfmt.ims.bsnl.in)
  
  Username - The username shown after activation in ngn.bsnl.co.in Eg +91802999XXXX
  
  Password - This should be set to your VOIP account password which you have set by activating in the portal http://ngn.bsnl.co.in .
  
  Outbound Proxy - The Proxy name shown after activation in ngn.bsnl.co.in (Eg for Karnataka it will be ktk.voip.ims.bsnl.in:80 & for kerala it is kl.voip.ims.bsnl.in:80).
  
  
  
  
  
  

  7) Remaining settings can be left as default.

  
  
  

  8) If Registration is not happening, please checkup the password is correct or in case of limited FMT see if you are using the correct broadband internet connection from which you are autherized to use.

  
  
  

1 Download and install the CSIPSimple client from Play store.
2 After installation the CSIPSimple icon will be available in Menu .

Basic setting required are Step 1 Step2 Step3 Step4
After Step 4 FMT/LFMT will register in the network as shown in Step11. In case of any problem you can check the configurations from Step5 onwards.

3 Open your SIP client. Click on setting on key icon at bottom left corner

4 Click on add account..

5 Select Advanced Wizard.

6 Set server (domain), username , password set in the portal,

7 Go to settings.

8 Go to wifi UDP Keep Alive.

9 It should be set above 1800.

10 Go to mobile UDP Keep Alive It should be set above 1800.

11 Go to network setting . Scroll down

12 Set whichever data network you want to use for FMT/LFMT number to make calls.

13 FMT/LFMT Registered in BSNL domain.

14 Start using your FMT/LFMT.

• Download and install the Zoiper client from http://www.zoiper.com/en/voip-softphone/download/zoiper3
• Run the exe file to install it. After installation the Zoiper icon will be available on desktop

• Go to preferences. Create account

• Select SIP then Next

  
  
  

• Enter the username password domain and proxy as follows.
  User/ user@host - The username@domain shown after activation in ngn.bsnl.co.in Eg +91802999XXXX@ktk.lfmt.ims.bsnl.in
  
  Password - This should be set to your VOIP account password which you have set by activating in the portal http://ngn.bsnl.co.in .
  
  domain/outbound proxy - The domain name shown after activation in ngn.bsnl.co.in (Eg for Karnataka it will be ktk.lfmt.ims.bsnl.in)
  
  
  
  

  
  
  

• Go to next step . Enter Account Name

• Account will be created. Click on close .

  
  
  

• Click on register to get registered in BSNL network .Start using your FMT/LFMT number for making and receiving calls
